Ken reported livestock trade stayed lower today with grains being mixed. Kansas City Hard Red Wheat is not feeling the harvest pressure as showers slow fieldwork.

Ken reported Monday morning that we were experiencing a "weather market" causing a massive sell-off in grain, specifically corn. This grain will be on its way to China as they continue to see volatile weather themselves.

US consumers will pay just a few cents less for their favorite Independence Day cookout foods compared to last year. The American Farm Bureau Federation revealed the average cost of a summer cookout for 10 people does remain affordable, it's $59.50.
